The name of our unique Diner Café is, of course, inspired by the greatest composer of all time: Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart
Although Mozart lived to the age of only 35, he spent his life striving to earn a living as an independent composer. At a time when most composers worked in the service of royalty and the aristocracy, Mozart chose to forge his own path. This independence helped establish his remarkable reputation. He worked quickly, yet never carelessly, and every composition he created was of exceptional quality.
Mozart was a child prodigy who mastered the violin, harpsichord, and organ at an extraordinarily young age while already composing works of outstanding quality. Alongside Johann Sebastian Bach and Ludwig van Beethoven, he is regarded as one of history's greatest composers—musicians who introduced groundbreaking musical ideas and profoundly influenced generations of composers who followed.
Mozart's music belongs to the Classical period. Together with Joseph Haydn and Ludwig van Beethoven, he is considered one of the key figures of the First Viennese School. He was born in the Prince-Archbishopric of Salzburg, located in what is now Austria.
